In response to COVID-19, Touchstone Family Association has suspended its CAP-C Program and Avenues of Change events until further notice. 

The organization will continue to provide outreach support for families by phone, e-mail and WeChat.  

Touchstone continues to follow the direction of Vancouver Costal Health (VCH), BC Centre for Disease Control (BCCDC) and Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) to guide the delivery of our programs.
