Offers a free, multilingual referral service for child care programs within the community, and can provide resources on how to choose child care that’s right for you.

• Information and application assistance for parents and providers regarding the BC Affordable Child Care Benefit (ACCB) program
• Richmond Early Years Library (REYL) which has educational resources available for parents and child care providers
