Toddler Time for Chinese Speaking Families (Richmond Public Library)

This free in-person program is for parents, caregivers and children aged 10 months to two years who are primarily Chinese-speaking families. Join us for a time of play, songs, rhymes and storytelling. The program is conducted in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
This is a partnership program between Richmond Public Library, Touchstone Family Association and Richmond Family Place.
