Richmond Child Care Resource & Referral

Join us for an interactive StoryWalk at the park, fun and crafts, and a picnic with your family. StoryWalks promote early literacy, physical activity, and family time together time in nature. We will read the story together by starting at the first sign post located at the playground, and following the story clockwise along the trail.

Fun craft activities and a fruit snack will be provided before the StoryWalk, and you are welcome to stay at the park after the StoryWalk is over.

* In the event of rain, the Picnic StoryWalk will be rearranged to another date  

Important Information:
- Registered child must be aged 3 to 5 years old

- No babies, toddlers, or children above 6 years old at this time
- Please wear your own sunscreen and comfortable clothes, hat, and shoes

- Bring your own water bottle, snacks, and picnic items
- No pets allowed!

- Program capacity: 16 children
