Richmond Child Care Resource & Referral

This free program is for parents, caregivers and children aged 10 months to two years who are primarily Chinese-speaking families. Join us for a time of play, songs, rhymes and storytelling. The program is conducted in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

This is a partnership program between Richmond Public Library, Touchstone Family Association and Richmond Family Place.

NOTE:

1. To ensure Health & Safety protocols, NO DROP-INS allowed.
2. Families meet at a pre-designated spot in Minoru Park.
3. Parents/caregivers and children must be dressed for the weather to be outside the entire time.
