Starting September 2022, CAPC Program has a new location and time!

Community Action Program for Children (CAPC) is a free early learning program for children aged 0-6 attend CAPC with their parent/caregiver.

CAPC aims to promote the health and social development of children and their families, and support families building awareness of community resources. CAPC offers positive learning experiences for children age 0-6 and their families at Woodward Elementary School every Tuesday and Friday 12:30 – 2:15 pm.

Families can join CAPC by registration or drop-in.
