The Conscious Caregiver: Creating Calm in a Busy World
Reena K Kukreja
Time: 6:30pm - 8:30pm | Location: Online
In a world that moves fast, caregiving can easily become reactive rather than intentional. The Conscious Caregiver: Creating Calm in a Busy World invites educators to slow down, reconnect with their own nervious systems, and learn how presence (not perfection) creates the most meaningful impact on children. Through mindfulness practices, reflection, and practical tools, participants will discover how to stay grounded, and model calm for the children in their care.
