If you are currently working in the early years field, studying to become an ECE or even just considering it, we do our best to answer your questions and provide you with appropriate resources.

Does it mean to keep your core muscles engaged as you’re moving? Does it mean to perform or hold really difficult Pilates or yoga based movement(s)? In this educator and provider-focused workshop, you’ll learn about how your core muscles are relevant to you as a professional in the Childcare industry.
